TERM OF OFFICE: FIXED TERM CONTRACT LINKED TO THE TERM OF OFFICE OF THE SPEAKER
SALARY: R 178 924.64 PL 9/4 Per Annum.
REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12, and any relevant formal qualification. Candidate must have at least 6 months to 1 Year relevant experience in Local Government. Strong engagement towards the welfare of rural communities. Strong proficiency in data-gathering, reporting, Analytical skills. Candidate must have a strong personality and be computer literate. Candidate must not have a criminal record.
DUTIES: Responsible for scheduling, confirming and updating the information in relation to MPAC. Issuing out notices for meetings and alerting members regarding urgent meetings. Retrieving supporting documentation and records to facilitate and support queries. Must be able to produce an accurate report of the MPAC activities to the Chairperson of MPAC. Provide clerical services to MPAC and ensure administrative efficiency. Ensure proper co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders. Co-ordinate logistics and procedural requirements associated with the MPAC. Provide specific clerical support during meetings.
